You can meet the trainers directly after the workshops or during the networking coffee breaks and lunch. Some of them may even be willing to exchange email addresses. Is there an opportunity to network with my peers? During some workshops you will be asked to work in groups. You can also network during coffee and lunch breaks. Is there an opportunity to check the exhibition? There is plenty of time for you to check the exhibition. Specific times are set on the conference schedule. Where will I get my name-tag? You can obtain your nametag from the registration desk. You will need to keep your nametag with you at all times, or you can not have access to the rooms. Where will I get my conference pack? The conference packs will be available next to the registration desk Will there be lunch at the conference? Yes, if you have registered for full day pass you can enjoy an international buffet. Is lunch free for all? All participants who register for the full day of the conference will receive a lunch coupon that will allow them to enter the lunch area. A hotel staff member will be collecting them. Lost coupons can not be replaced by new ones. Will there be Internet access at the hotel? Internet access is available, however you will be charged. Do I need a visit visa to visit the United Arab Emirates? Please visit our link about visas to obtain more information. If you are a guests staying at the venue of the conference, the hotel can provide you with the visa process. Can I bring my family along? Yes, to Dubai. No, to the conference Registration How and when do I register? Registration should be done as son as possible since places are limited. You can register online. or download the sheet found on same page and fax it to Rearden’s offices. The schedule might undergo subtle changes. Make sure to take the updated schedule when you register on the first day of the conference. How do I know the timing and room numbers of sessions? You will have a copy of the final schedule in the conference program. You can pick your copy at the registration desk. What do I need to bring with me? A clear brain and a big smile! Can I arrive 20 minutes late to the workshops in the afternoon? Doors will be closed after 15 minutes of the start of each session. Accommodation Where will I be staying? You could choose to stay at the venue where the conference is taking place or rent a room in some nearby hotel. Are there special delegate prices at conference venue? Yes, you can benefit from the special delegate prices the hotel is providing. You can check them on Venue When can I make my hotel reservation? The earlier the better. Room availability is limited. Certificates Do I get a certificate for the conference or the sessions I attend? Yes, you will receive a certificate of attendance. It can be issues in Arabic or English THERE WILL BE NO CERTIFICATE ISSUED FOR ATTENDANCE OF SPECIFIC SESSIONS since TeachME November 10 is a conference. There will be 2 kinds of certificates available: Full Day Attendance Special certificate for schools that send groups of delegates Should I stay for the two days of the conference to get a certificate? Yes, you should attend around 8 sessions throughout the two days of the conference to recieve a certificate. When and how do I get my certificate of attendance? Participants will get their specific certificate of attendance one month aftr the conference via email.
